Quote of the day

"Seriousness is the only refuge of the shallow." - Oscar Wilde

Confession...

I'm jealous and selfish, to an extend... I don't like it when kids play with my toys - specially my favorite ones.

Last minute Tickets

I know this is sort of a late post but I had forgotten about it.

A month ago, I got hold on some very VERY last minute tickets to the 94.9 F.M's Wild Jam concert. The performers were; Far East Movement, Bruno Mars, Drake (which I'm obsess with) and Chris Brown. I invited my friend Liz to come with me and of course she was up for it. We literally had an hour to drive from Napa to San Jose and pick up our tickets, so with work clothes and all we headed to San Jose. Unfortunately we missed Far East Movement's set but we made it to half of Bruno Mars'. The rest of the concert was great. Drake's performance was amazing, I was surprise I was singing along to most of his songs... I can't really say the same for Liz hahaha. We tried to take pictures but we were sort of far from the stage, but this are some of the good pictures I manage to take. Enjoy.

Bruno Mars

Drake...

More Drake...

And more Drake.

Lastly, Chris Brown. Eh.

Can you believe this (w)itch?...

I'd like to think I'm the only one who is allowed to talk smack about my best friends... you don't know them the way I do, in fact, you don't know them at all. I would recommend spending some time getting to know them AND THEN run your mouth.

Dude, I got your back. Lol.

Quote of the day

"I don't know what scones are, but I have cookies."- Diana.

My 4 year-old cousin's response to me asking her if we were going to have scones while playing with her tea set.

New Year: 2011

2011 is here and with it comes new people, new attitudes and new everything. Every new year people prepare their new year resolutions and within a few months -or weeks- they tend to forget about it. This year I've made it my mission to pursue and follow what I decided would be my new year resolutions. After having a less than stellar  2010, I think I need a whole new approach on things and focus on my needs instead of everyone else's.

This year I have a few things that I'm looking forward to, the first is having my braces removed. They were supposed to be off November of last year -if you read my blog you know how exited I was- but that didn't work out so well. A new date has been set and this time around I'll just keep it to myself. It would be like a surprise.

Here is to 2011 bringing all that is good for everyone. Good luck!
